Dale H. Taysom joined Prudential in 1977. Mr. Taysom is currently Managing Director of PREI and Head of Global Transactions. This includes responsibility for coordinating global acquisition and disposition activity for institutional portfolios managed by PREI. Mr. Taysom has held this position since 2007 and prior to that was Head of U.S. Transactions from 1993-2007. Mr. Taysom is a member of PREI's domestic and international investment committees and a member of the Global Management Committee.
Mr. Taysom’s previous assignments with Prudential have included responsibility for mortgage loan origination, asset management, acquisitions, sales, development and portfolio management. He has served in Prudential offices in Miami, Denver, New York City, Newark and Atlanta. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, on the Board of Directors of the National Multi-Housing Council and a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers.
Mr. Taysom received a B.S and M.B.A. in finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
