PREI's Merchant Banking Group advises and co-invests with clients in opportunistic real estate investment strategies focused primarily on entity-level investments. These investments are essentially real estate assets in a "corporate wrapper", combining attractive opportunities to invest in property and real estate operating companies. PREI is prepared to structure vehicles to take advantage of this strategy as commingled or individually managed accounts or transactions.
