Lester F. Lockwood is responsible for managing Prudential's real estate marketing and client service teams on a global basis, as well as for the product development function. Les is a member of the PREI Executive Management and Product Approval Committees.
Les joined Prudential in 1970, as a member of Prudential Asset Management Company. During his 18-year tenure with PAMCO, Les was actively involved in many aspects of institutional asset management and client service. Since 1988, Les has been an integral part of the client service and marketing team dedicated to Prudential's real estate products, directing the global marketing effort since February 2005.
Mr. Lockwood received his bachelor's degree from Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. in 1970 and is a 1987 graduate of Harvard Business School's Program for Management Development. Les is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, the Council of Institutional Investors, the Editorial Board of The Institutional Real Estate Letter and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
