Our products are designed to address specific client needs, utilizing diversified core, and value-added real estate equity strategies. Specialized strategies are also available, including investments in senior/assisted living facilities. Prudential supports PREI's activities by co-investing its own capital with that of our clients.

        The firm offers Opportunistic strategies, Global High Yield Debt and Global Real Estate Securities strategies worldwide.   
 
Open-End Commingled Funds
Core: A diversified core strategy investing in income producing, well-occupied and well-located commercial properties. Utilizes low financial leverage and takes little development risk.

Core-Plus: A core-plus strategy investing in institutional quality commercial real estate typically acquiring properties with below-market occupancy or risk-mitigated new developments. Utilizes modest financial leverage.

Value-Added: A value-added strategy with majority of investments in existing, high quality assets, although a significant portion of the investments have exposures to leasing and/or development risk. Fund returns may be enhanced by a higher level of leverage and more rapid turnover of assets.
