Our primary property types include: office, multi-family, industrial, retail and hotel. We employ a variety of investment structures: fee simple acquisitions, joint ventures, and mezzanine loans.

PREI also invests in more specialized real estate: including self-storage warehouse, medical office, life sciences office, residential land and senior housing.
