Dale H. Taysom joined Prudential in 1977. Mr. Taysom is currently Chief Operating Officer of PREI. Mr. Taysom has held this position since 2010. Prior to that he was Head of U.S. Transactions from 1993 to 2007 and Global Head of Transactions from 2007 to 2010. He is a member of PREI's domestic and international investment committees and a member of the Global Management Committee.
Mr. Taysom's previous assignments with Prudential have included responsibility for mortgage loan origination, asset management, acquisitions, sales, development and portfolio management. He has served in Prudential offices in Miami, Denver, New York City, Newark and Atlanta. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, on the Board of Directors of the National Multi-Housing Council and a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers.
Mr. Taysom received a B.S and M.B.A. in finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
