Mr. von Werz practiced law in Munich until 1977 at which time he moved to New York to join the German/American real estate advisory firm Transatlantic Consultants where his primary responsibility was to monitor the acquisition process of US real estate investments for German investors. Between 1979 and 1982 Mr. von Werz worked as a principal on various real estate projects in New York before forming TMW Real Estate Group, L.P. Atlanta in 1982.
He has over 26 years experience in commercial real estate investment, development, finance and syndication. Mr. von Werz has been a member of AFIRE since its formation and served on its executive board for several years.
He is fluent in German and English.
