Roger S. Pratt is Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager of PREI, where he is responsible for directing enhanced core and value added accounts with an aggregate value in excess of $5 billion. For the last fifteen years he has been the senior portfolio manager for an open-end commingled real estate fund. In his twenty-seven year career with Prudential, Mr. Pratt has served in a variety of roles in development, portfolio and asset management, hotel management, and strategic planning. Mr. Pratt is a member of PREI's Global Management Committee and PREI's Investment Committee. Prior to Prudential, Mr. Pratt served as a community development planner with the State of North Carolina.

Mr. Pratt is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the College of William and Mary and earned a Master of Regional Planning and a MBA degree (Dean's scholar, second in class) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICPA), the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and serves on the Multi-Family Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) as well as the National Association of Home Builders Multi-Family Leadership Board.
