John Gregorits is a Managing Director and Group Head of the private business in the Global Opportunity Funds Group of Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI). He is Chairman of PREI’s Global Investment Committee. Before joining PREI in October 1998 from The Prudential Realty Group, Mr. Gregorits was responsible for the asset management and disposition of a portfolio of office, hotel, retail, and industrial properties on behalf of Prudential’s General Account.
Previously, Mr. Gregorits managed a variety of equity and debt portfolios across all property types valued at up to $1.5 billion. He has extensive experience in asset management, development, acquisition, sales, leasing and joint venture management and has served with Prudential in various capacities for over twenty years.
Mr. Gregorits currently serves on the Board of Directors of several privately held companies. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Mr. Gregorits received a BA in Economics and Psychology from Duke University in 1976 and an MA in Organizational Behavior from Fairleigh Dickenson University in 1983.
