Jeffrey Granoff is responsible for US investment originations and asset management within the Opportunistic Investing Group.
Prior to joining PREI in 2005, Mr. Granoff was a principal in the Real Estate and Asset Based Investment Group of Arcapita, Inc, a leading Atlanta-based private equity firm. Prior to joining Arcapita, Mr. Granoff was an Associate in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley in New York, an Investment Associate in the Opportunistic Investing Group at Prudential for a year, and a financial analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Prudential Securities for two years.
Mr. Granoff currently serves on the board of directors of several portfolio companies. Mr. Granoff received a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University .
