Mr. Hauser is a member of the Prudential Real Estate Investors Global Real Estate Securities team. He previously served as portfolio manager for HVB Capital Management in New York where his responsibilities included management of HVB‘s flagship real estate securities fund, management of private client assets and a broad-based US equities trading strategy. Mr. Hauser has more than 20 years experience in real estate and securities investment. He has received several awards and was highlighted among Funds of the Year by Euro am Sonntag / Finance and recipient of the Standard & Poor's /International Herald Tribune International Fund Performance Award. Mr. Hauser also served at the Urban Land Institute in Washington, DC. He held responsibility for publication of Market Profiles, ULI’s premier annual publication and ULI On the Future: Trends and several other studies. Bill is a former member of the NAREIT’ s Board of Governors Institutional Investor Advisory Committee and currently serves on the editorial advisory board of Real Estate Portfolio. He is a frequent commentator on industry trends. Bill received a BA in economics from Boston College in 1983. He also earned a Master Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University. Bill was invited back to develop and teach a graduate level course for the Real Estate Institute.
