Kevin is PRISA’s Senior Portfolio Manager, responsible for all aspects of the fund’s operations, including portfolio strategy and reporting, acquisitions, sales and asset management. He is a member of PREI’s Management and Investment Committees.
From 1998 to mid-2002, Kevin was the head of investment underwriting and operations for the Transactions Group of PREI. His responsibilities included the underwriting review of each investment presented for approval to PREI’s Investment Committee, as well as coordinating the acquisition activity of eight PREI acquisition professionals located in four regional offices.
From 1989 to 1997, Kevin managed four separate account portfolios for pension fund clients, as well as a series of smaller, closed-end commingled funds. He also initiated and managed several mortgage investment programs -- both commingled funds and separate accounts. Prior to that, Kevin held various asset management, development, acquisition and sales positions with Prudential’s Real Estate operations.
He earned a B.S. in Economics and Political Science from Williamette University in 1979, and a Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University in 1981. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
