Since 2001, PREI Latin America has conducted approximately 220 transactions in Mexico, involving approximately US$ 6 billion in gross real estate assets. In Mexico, PREI’s area of influence includes 24 states, comprising more than 90% of its area, allowing us to consistently deploy capital throughout the country.
