Robert M. Falzon
Managing Director

Mr. Falzon is a Managing Director at PREI, head of PREI's Global Merchant Banking Group and CEO of its European business. He is a Senior Portfolio Manager, a member of PREI's US, European and Global Investment Committees, Chairman of the Global Real Estate Securities Investment Committee and the Currency Hedging Committee, and a member of PREI's Global Management Committee.

Before joining PREI in June 1998, Mr. Falzon was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group at Prudential Securities Incorporated (PSI) in New York. Mr. Falzon joined PSI in 1992, has managed numerous public and private equity offerings and has worked extensively in mergers and acquisitions.

Previously, Mr. Falzon worked for nine years in the private placement area at Prudential, eventually rising to head of the Northeast Regional Investment Group. While there, he managed a $4.6 billion portfolio of debt and equity securities. Mr. Falzon currently serves on the Board of Directors of several private companies. He is a member of the CFA Institute (CFA), the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT).

Mr. Falzon holds an M.B.A. degree in Finance and Accounting from Columbia University and graduated Magna Cum Laude and a Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. degree in Economics from Rutgers University. In addition, he is a CFA charter holder and a Certified Public Accountant.

John S. Gregorits
Managing Director

John Gregorits is a Managing Director and Group Head of the private business in the Global Merchant Banking Group of Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI). He is Chairman of PREI’s Global Investment Committee.

Before joining PREI in October 1998 from The Prudential Realty Group, Mr. Gregorits was responsible for the asset management and disposition of a portfolio of office, hotel, retail, and industrial properties on behalf of Prudential’s General Account.

Previously, Mr. Gregorits managed a variety of equity and debt portfolios across all property types valued at up to $1.5 billion. He has extensive experience in asset management, development, acquisition, sales, leasing and joint venture management and has served with Prudential in various capacities for over twenty years.

Mr Gregorits currently serves on the Board of Directors of several privately held companies. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Mr. Gregorits received a BA in Economics and Psychology from Duke University in 1976 and an MA in Organizational Behavior from Fairleigh Dickenson University in 1983.

Marc R. Halle
Managing Director

Marc Halle is a Managing Director for Prudential Real Estate Investors where he is an Executive Partner in the Global Merchant Banking Group. Mr. Halle is the Senior Portfolio Manager for the all global real estate securities funds and oversees all public real estate securities investments. Mr. Halle is also a Portfolio Manager for the Prudential Real Estate Companies Fund series of real estate private equity funds and the Prudential Retirement Real Estate Fund.

Mr. Halle joined Prudential from Alpine Management & Research, LLC where he was a founder of the company as well as the Portfolio Manager for the real estate funds. Prior to forming Alpine, Mr. Halle was the Senior Real Estate Analyst and Associate Portfolio Manager with Evergreen Asset Management, Inc., where he was jointly responsible for research, investment analysis and portfolio recommendations for all real estate securities. Previously, Mr. Halle was Senior Vice President of W&M Properties, Inc, a national real estate investment firm that held interests in office, multifamily and retail properties, where he was responsible for acquisitions and finance as well as for supervising property operations and development.

Mr. Halle serves on the Board of Directors of several privately held real estate companies. He is also a member of NAREIT, and is affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. Halle also has been widely quoted in the financial media including CNBC, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and Barron’s. Mr. Halle holds an M.B.A. degree in Finance from New York University’s Executive M.B.A. Program and a B.S., Magna Cum Laude, from Tufts University College of Engineering.
