Specialized strategies are also available through investments in senior/assisted living. Prudential continues to support these opportunities through co-investing its own capital with that of our clients.

The firm’s Merchant Banking group makes private equity investments in public and private real estate companies and pursues other real estate capital markets advisory and investment opportunities.
